Our Mission

A Lifetime of Loving Relationships

Our mission is to enable everyone in the world to create a lifetime of loving relationships. For you, it can start tonight with 10 free printable cards from Truth Lines, our connection game.

Most Relationship Advice Stops Where the Hard Part Starts

Two people can drift apart over ordinary things. Expectations nobody said out loud. Two different ways of handling an argument. A week with no room in it. Habits picked up in the house you grew up in.

There's plenty of good advice about all of it. What's harder is using it at nine on a Tuesday night, across the table from someone you love, with nobody asking afterward whether you tried.

We started Forge to work on that gap. We're building small, specific steps you take with the other person, not just read about.

The Best Time to Work on a Relationship Is Before It's in Trouble

We think the work is easier while things are mostly fine: there's room to try something new, and a clumsy first try costs less.

  • Every kind of relationship counts, not just marriage: partners, parents and kids, brothers and sisters, grandparents and grandkids, and friends.
  • Change starts with a behavior you can name. "You interrupted her twice" is something you can work on; "you're a bad listener" isn't.
  • Nobody is the villain. We describe what happened and what it cost, not who's to blame.
  • It isn't therapy. Forge offers practical relationship-building tools and is not a replacement for therapy, counseling, crisis support, or professional care.
